In addition to our domestic manufacturing plants, Wilson-Hurd is also able to source parts from our Asian Manufacturing partners. We use this supply chain for projects involving labor intensive assemblies and price sensitive components. For Asian supplied parts, we conduct final testing and inspection at our Wausau plant prior to shipping the parts to our customers.

Artwork is not required. Our engineering and design teams would be happy to assist you in creating your artwork.

Occasionally we are able to successfully expedite your order to ship before the scheduled due date, however we cannot guarantee an expedite request if the requested ship date is earlier than the quoted lead time. A Flex Membrane Switch is typically a printed circuit on a flexible material. It is the most basic type of membrane switch, and is an inexpensive alternative with long lasting performance. Printed Electronics

Our maximum dimensions differ based on which form of printing we are using for your project:

The standard lead time is 15 business days. For orders that need artwork approval, the order is given 12 business days, but it may be delayed depending on how quickly we receive approval. Orders requiring special material may have a longer lead time. Due to the custom nature of our orders, we highly recommend you contact one of our Business Development Representatives for a lead time specific to your order.
